Sellsy is well-established sales management software, and many of its customers are happy with it. This page doesn't run it down: it gathers what its pricing page and public reviews say, then shows where Orizen makes a different choice.

I Sellsy at a glance

Sellsy at a glance: CRM, invoicing and add-on modules

Sellsy is CRM, invoicing and management software that claims more than 50,000 users and says it is now part of the TeamSystem group. Each team member gets a Sales licence (contacts, pipelines, quotes, e-signature), an Invoicing licence (invoices and deposits, progress billing, reminders, online payment, pre-accounting, e-invoicing) or a Sales and Invoicing licence. The Cash-flow and Marketing modules are extra.

Sellsy is on the official list of approved platforms for e-invoicing in France, under the name TeamSystem Sellsy. Its pricing FAQ states that data is hosted with Scaleway, that chat support is open Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm, and that an accountant access is included on top of the users.

To understand what an approved platform does, read our entry on approved platforms (formerly PDP) and our page on e-invoicing for SMEs.

II Pricing

Sellsy pricing 2026: a price per user, licence and plan

Sellsy's price depends on three choices: each team member's licence, the plan (Standard, Evolution or Elite) and annual or monthly payment. The pricing page sets a minimum of two users and shows "Engagement 12 mois" (12-month commitment) on every plan, monthly payment included. The free trial lasts 15 days, with no credit card.

Prices checked on 15/09/2026

Sellsy prices with annual payment

Excluding VAT, per user per month, 12-month commitment, two users minimum. In brackets, the price struck through by the offer valid until 30/09/2026.

Licence Standard Evolution Elite
Sales and Invoicing €39 (€49) €59 (€89) €99 (€119)
Sales €29 €49 €79
Invoicing €29 (€39) €49 (€59) €79

With monthly payment, the prices are higher: Sales and Invoicing at €47, €71 and €119 (instead of €59, €107 and €143), Sales at €35, €59 and €95, Invoicing at €35, €59 and €95 (instead of €47 and €71 for the first two plans), excluding VAT, per user per month. The struck-through prices come from an "Offre Réforme Facturation Électronique" valid until 30 September 2026, for the first year of subscription.

Example: two users on Sales and Invoicing, Standard plan, annual payment, cost €936 excluding VAT in the first year with this offer, and €1,176 excluding VAT at the struck-through price. Higher plans add quotas (signatures, invoices, storage), phone support and, for Elite, an account manager under conditions.

Two inconsistencies spotted on the page on 15/09/2026: the detailed table for the Sales and Invoicing licence names its plans Essentials, Advanced and Enterprise, while the price cards and the FAQ say Standard, Evolution and Elite; and quotas differ from one table to another (access profiles: 3, 10 and unlimited in one, 2, 5 and unlimited in the Sales and Invoicing licence tables; API requests: up to 250,000 per day versus 50,000 to 432,000). Get these points confirmed in writing before you sign.

IV Who it's for

Stay on Sellsy or move to Orizen?

Sellsy suits you if

your sales team wants a full CRM with pipelines, email and SMS campaigns, a cash-flow module and a built-in approved platform, and a 12-month commitment for at least two users is not a problem.

Orizen suits you if

you want to pay only for the modules you use, with no commitment, track engagements or sites with time and margin, send your quotes for e-signature and publish a website connected to the CRM, with support if you want it. The construction site and website modules are enabled account by account: ask for them during the trial.

Before choosing, check what a quote must contain and how e-signature works.

V Migrating

Step 3: import

Your accounts arrive in Orizen.

  • Import accounts and contacts from an Excel or CSV file, with checks on SIRET numbers and incomplete records, then issue your new quotes in Orizen.
