Beyond the marketing talk of 'support included': which SMEs truly need human support, how a 48-hour onboarding differs from a 6-month implementation project, and why we built Orizen without daily consultant fees — because trust is earned through use, not upfront costs.
IWho it’s for
Support designed for SMEs that have already been let down by a failed IT project, not for those who just want a 200-page PDF.
Orizen support is tailored to specific profiles — not all SMEs, not all setups. Four profiles come up particularly often.
Manager wary after a failed ERP project
You’ve tried Sage, Cegid, Salesforce. Six months, €30k, and in the end, a product no one uses. Trust is broken.
48-hour onboarding, human support included, no consultant fees. You pay for usage, not setup. And if it doesn’t work for you, you can stop.
Office manager or assistant leading the migration
You’re responsible for the migration without being technical. You dread the moment when "it’s going to break" with no clear reason why.
Dedicated coach for the first month, FR support via chat, live workshops with your real data. You’re never alone with an error message.
SME manager without an IT department
No in-house IT department. Choosing a management tool is stressful: who will truly support you if something goes wrong?
Orizen team 100% FR, human support, fast internal escalation. No need to choose an external provider or brief an integrator.
Management wanting a stress-free rollout
You want to introduce a new tool in the company without alienating the team. Resistance to change is your main concern.
Collaborative workshop on real cases, gradual onboarding, daily FR support available. The team adopts instead of resisting.
II48-hour onboarding, lifetime support
Operational in 48 hours, optimised in 1 month, supported for life
The visual breakdown below: the 3 barriers holding SMEs back (migration, training, fear of abandonment), the Orizen support timeline (Day 0 → Week 1 → Month 1 → ongoing), and the dedicated profiles (coach, FR support, product team).
What you fear
The 3 reasons why SMEs hesitate to switch.
We know them. We hear them in every demo. And we’ve built our support to eliminate them one by one.
"We don’t have time to train."
Switching to a new tool when business is at full capacity is the last thing an SME needs. The risk of disruption is real.
Orizen can be mastered in a single 2-hour workshop. Key features are active from day one—no lengthy training required.
"My data is everywhere."
Clients in Excel, invoices in another tool, prospects in your inbox... Migration seems overwhelming.
Our team handles the import of your existing data. You start on Orizen with your history already in place.
"What if I have a problem afterwards?"
An open ticket, days of waiting, an automatic reply... The fear of ghost support after the sale is justified.
French team, live chat, SLA for responses within 4 hours. No outsourced support, no bots, no copy-pasted templates.

IVFAQ
Answers to the questions we’re asked most often.
Is the support really included with no hidden fees?
Yes. Orizen onboarding is included in all packs (Liberty, Sales, Back-office, 360°) with no implementation fees, no daily consultant charges, and no additional quotes. Orizen’s promise is clear: your subscription covers both usage and support. This is the opposite of the traditional ERP model, where implementation often costs 2–5 times the annual subscription fee.
How long does migration from Salesforce/HubSpot/Pipedrive take?
For an SME with 5–50 employees: 48 hours to one week, depending on data complexity. We handle the import of contacts, opportunities, histories, and documents. You resume your activity in Orizen exactly where you left off in your previous tool. The only delays we’ve observed stem from export difficulties with the old tool—not the import into Orizen.
How does the training workshop work?
A 90-minute live session via video call (or on-site for 360° Packs), led by an Orizen consultant, using your configured instance with your real data. You see your actual use case, not a generic demo. Questions are addressed in real time. The workshop is recorded and shared for absentees. Follow-up on progress and onboarding schedule.
What happens after the first month?
Three things. (1) Optimisation review with your coach: workflow adjustments and fine-tuned settings based on your actual usage. (2) Permanent access to FR support via dedicated chat and email—average response time under 2 business hours. (3) Product updates deployed automatically, with no migration or disruption. You’re never left unsupported.
Is the support really in French, provided by humans?
Yes, entirely. The entire Orizen support team is based in France (Toulouse and Paris). You communicate in French with real people who have access to your instance, understand the challenges of French SMEs, and can escalate issues quickly internally. No chatbots, no outsourced call centres. Promise: no "thank you, we’ve noted your request" responses that lead nowhere.
Is there mandatory initial training for the team?
No, the Orizen interface is designed to be intuitive for non-technical users (sales teams, managers, assistants) without heavy training. The 90-minute workshop covers the essentials. For more advanced users (CFOs, controllers, admins), we offer optional themed workshops (reporting, automation, advanced permissions).
VOur belief
Support isn’t a premium option. It’s the condition for the tool to deliver on its promise.
Many SaaS vendors charge for support separately: €1,500 per consultant day, €5,000 onboarding packs, paid training per profile. This model has the commercial advantage of inflating the first invoice. The strategic downside is that it creates a barrier between the client and successful usage.
Our observation: a poorly supported client becomes a non-user, and thus a client who cancels within 6 months. Support is not an added cost—it’s a condition for usage. Therefore, a condition for the business model.
We’ve seen too many SMEs sign up for a €50k ERP, abandon it after 4 months due to unusable support, and return to Excel with bitterness. Too many vendors outsource their support to India and break the "support included" promise in practice.
So we built Orizen with a clear stance: human FR support included in all packs, no consultant billing, no bots, no outsourced call centres. Because a client who knows how to use the tool stays. And a client who stays is the only way we last.
