Answers to the questions we’re asked most often.
What is an all-in-one software for SMEs?
It’s a single platform that brings all your management functions together—website, CRM, sales, invoicing, project/site tracking, pre-accounting—instead of juggling multiple subscriptions that don’t communicate. The goal: a single source of truth, zero duplicate data entry between tools, and processes that flow automatically from one module to the next.
Do I have to activate everything at once?
No. Orizen is modular: start with 1 or 2 modules (often CRM or invoicing) and add the rest when you’re ready. No six-month projects, no features you won’t use for a year. The platform grows at exactly the same pace as your business.
How does ‘all-in-one’ change day-to-day operations?
Your processes connect seamlessly: a contact request on your website creates a record in the CRM; a signed quote starts site tracking; the end of a mission triggers invoicing; an email campaign includes a commercial booking link. Data entered once circulates everywhere, with no re-entry.
How long does it take to get started?
Orizen is operational in a day: account created in two minutes, modules activated, data import (contacts, items, invoices) via CSV or Excel, team invited. A 30- to 60-minute onboarding call, included, is usually enough to make a team self-sufficient.
Is the software compatible with my accounting system?
Yes. The native Pennylane connector sends invoices in a structured format and syncs payments. For other tools (Sage, Cegid, EBP), the standard FEC accounting export is generated in one click. Orizen’s pre-accounting prepares entries and VAT in advance.
Is this a French and sovereign software?
Yes. Orizen is published and developed by a French team, hosted in France on sovereign infrastructure, and GDPR-compliant by design—outside the US Cloud Act. Your data stays in France.
