SME CRM software.Your customer at the centre. Everything else plugs into it.
Orizen CRM is the CRM software that brings prospects, opportunities, quotes, contracts, invoices and projects together on a single customer record. Sales people come and go, the relationship stays.
Beyond the marketing pitch: who actually uses Orizen CRM, what a single customer record changes for a small company, and why we built it the way we did.
IWho it is for
A CRM built for the people who actually sell, day in and day out, not for the people who describe selling in meetings.
Customer relationships are serious business, and they are badly managed. Serious, because a sales rep who walks out with their notes takes part of the company's commercial assets with them. Badly managed, because in most small companies the CRM gets filled in if there is time, and the valuable information lives somewhere else. Four profiles keep coming back to us.
Owner of a company with 5 to 50 staff
Your 3 to 10 sales people each have their own method. Customer information lives in their heads, their inboxes, their spreadsheets. When someone leaves, it is chaos.
Orizen CRM makes your commercial assets untouchable, whoever joins and whoever leaves.
Field sales rep
You spend more time updating a CRM than selling. At the end of the day, keying in your visits and your calls is the last thing you want to do.
Orizen CRM updates itself while you work: video calls logged on their own, business cards read by OCR, the next follow-up suggested by the AI.
Tradesperson, one-person business
You are your own sales team, your own accountant and your own project manager. You have neither the time nor the appetite to learn a complicated tool.
The single customer record is enough. Quotes, invoices, payments, project: everything is linked, with nothing to configure.
Freelancer, consultant
Your clients come back. Every assignment can open three more opportunities, but only if you can trace them. Today you forget half of them.
Orizen CRM remembers everything: who referred whom, what each project cost, which proposal worked and which did not.

IVFrequently asked questions
The answers to the questions we get asked most.
What is a CRM and what is it for in a small company?
A CRM (Customer Relationship Management) brings together everything about your customers and prospects: who contacted you, what you proposed, where the quote stands, when to follow up. For a small company, it is the tool that stops customer information getting lost in inboxes, spreadsheets and people's heads, especially when the team changes. With Orizen CRM, the customer record becomes the single source of truth: pipeline, opportunities, signed quotes, invoices, live projects, exchanges. Everything hangs off the same place, open to the whole authorised team.
How much does a CRM cost for a small company?
CRMs for small companies generally run between €15 and €60 per user per month in France. Orizen takes a modular approach: you pay only for what you use, with no minimum term. A 14-day free trial lets you test the whole module before committing any budget. The exact price depends on the number of users and the extra modules you switch on (invoicing, projects, AI and so on).
What is the difference between a CRM, an ERP and sales management?
The CRM handles the commercial relationship before signature: prospects, opportunities, pipeline, quotes. Sales management takes over after signature: orders, invoicing, payments. The ERP covers everything, from CRM to accounting by way of stock and production, on a single platform. With Orizen you do not have to choose: start with the CRM, add invoicing when you need it, the full ERP as the company grows. The modules are already connected, with no webhook to configure.
How do I migrate my prospects from a spreadsheet or another tool?
Three options. (1) CSV import: export your file from Excel, Sheets or your old CRM, import it into Orizen, map the columns, and you are done in minutes. (2) Business-card scanning in the app: the details are recognised and dropped into the record. (3) Automatic enrichment: from the company name, Orizen fills in the registration number, directors, industry code and address from French public registers (Pappers, INPI). No re-keying records one by one.
Is my CRM data hosted in France?
Yes, entirely. Orizen is published by ForgeTheWeb, a French company based in Toulouse, and hosts its data on OVH servers located in France. No transfer outside the European Union, GDPR compliance by design, no resale to third parties. Your customer files stay your files: a matter of sovereignty as much as of trust.
Does the Orizen CRM connect to my accounting tool (Pennylane, Sage and others)?
Yes. Orizen has a native integration with Pennylane (invoices sent automatically, payments synchronised) and a standard FEC accounting export for the others (Sage, Cegid, EBP, Quadratus). If your accountant uses a tool you do not see listed, get in touch: we document new integrations regularly at the request of the companies using Orizen.
Customer story
What the people who use it say.
"Before Orizen we had one spreadsheet for prospects, another for quotes, and the contracts were lying around in our inboxes. When a sales rep left, it was chaos. Today everything sits on the customer record. My new rep was up to speed in two days and picked up the files without a single handover meeting. The AI assistant easily saves me two hours a week on follow-ups. It is the first tool my teams actually use."

VWhat we believe
Why I built Orizen CRM differently.
Let me be clear: I never set out to write a CRM. I started by trying other people's. HubSpot first, because everyone recommends it. After [DATE: two months, March 2025?] we were paying [FIGURE: €312 a month for 3 seats, plus a Sales add-on at €41?], and my sales people were filling in the customer record on Friday evening, reluctantly, forgetting half of it. The promise was beautiful. The usage was not.
Honestly, what settled it was a lunch with [COMPANY: the owner of a company in Nantes, 14 field reps, HVAC sector?] who pulled out his phone and showed me his "CRM": a Google Sheet of [FIGURE: 3,412 rows?], shared with his partner, and three hidden tabs he refused to open in front of me. That man invoices [FIGURE: €6.2M?] a year. He does not need something that looks like Salesforce. He needs that when [FIRST NAME: Sébastien?], his best seller, retires in [DATE: September 2026?], his successor knows why customer X turned down a quote in [DATE: November 2024?].
And then there is Europe. Honestly, American CRMs understand nothing about the way we sell here. The quote that comes before the invoice, eIDAS electronic signature, the several VAT rates nobody should be keying in by hand, the 45-days-end-of-month payment term that no Pipedrive template computes correctly. When I watched a company owner paste his registration number three times into the same HubSpot form, I understood we were wasting our time translating a product that had never been designed for us.
So Orizen CRM is not "one more CRM". It is the tool I would have wanted to buy in [DATE: 2018?], when I started my first company. A tool that speaks our language, that keeps what sales people never take the time to write down, and that you still use at 6pm on a Friday without gritting your teeth. I am writing these lines from the Orizen office in Toulouse, on [DATE: 11 June 2026?], with [FIGURE: 47 opportunities?] open in my own pipeline. That is the only argument I know how to defend.
