Where we’re from.

This is how our paths crossed, and what led us to Orizen.

The story began in a finance department. For years, Jérôme watched business leaders who wanted to steer their company get bogged down in admin, caught between tools that don’t talk to each other. “I experienced that pain from the inside,” he says.

To set up ForgeTheWeb, he went back to school: at Le Wagon, he learned to code. There he met Vincent, a former serviceman, and Xavier, a former logistics manager at several companies, who was teaching there at the time.

The team took shape around finance, product, engineering and field sales, the domain of Mickaël, a former automotive sales director. During our year in the Starter by La Mêlée programme, Lilas joined us to raise the brand’s profile.

Milestones.

An incubator, a TV studio, a stage, an app.

It all starts when people meet.

When we invited our partners to the launch of Orizen, we wrote that innovation is born when the right people meet. We still believe it: a tool alone does not steer a business, so we also support the people who use it.
