How we make software.

Three ways of working, and what each one lets you check.

From field to code.

Before it was software, Orizen was a finance director’s observation: business leaders getting bogged down in admin.

  • A room survey with the iPhone’s LiDAR sensor: surface areas, skirting boards, dimensioned floor plan, 3D model. These are estimates, and we say so.
  • Data entry on site, even with no network: everything goes through as soon as the signal is back.
  • Handover in front of the finished work: sign-off report, snags photographed and costed, file sent to the client.
  • A customer created in the CRM already has their record in accounting: nothing to re-enter.

From first contact to support.

No offshore outsourcing, no black box: the team that develops and maintains Orizen is the team that supports you.

  • Hands-on follow-up, from migrating your data to your first month.
  • A reply within 24 working hours, from a human.

AI, with your approval.

Orizen was designed around AI from the start, not as a chatbot bolted on for show. You set how much autonomy it has, down to approving each of its actions.

  • You ask, Orizen understands and acts, within the limits you have set.
  • On iPhone, the assistant only switches on with your approval; you can dictate your message to it rather than type it.
  • Its sub-processors are declared: Mistral AI for the assistant, OpenAI for reading attached images and as a fallback.
